Prices

We offer free estimates on all of our work. We want you to know up front what you are paying for. It's your money- so you deserve to know! All of our estimates have an expiration printed on them. Be sure to give a response before the estimate expires or it will have to be repriced and it may increase slightly due to material costs. We work with you to give you as many options as possible. Already have a quote from someone else? No problem! Let us know what it is beforehand and we will see if we can beat it. However, keep in mind sometimes it's cheaper to do the work and charge for time and materials instead of estimating a price; but don't worry we will tell you if it is!

In Shop

Our in shop rate is $130 per hour of labor plus whatever materials are required. The minimum shop charge is $60 for half an hour. We break down the two categories on estimates so you can see how much it will cost in materials and how much the labor will cost.

Mobile

Mobile service charges $150 per hour. For all service calls (not estimated) we charge from the time the truck leaves the shop to when they leave your site. A minimum charge of 3 hours will be applied to all mobile service calls at $150 an hour. Keep in mind that the minimum service charge does not include materials, but we break down the different costs on all of our estimates and invoices. We also charge $2 a mile one way from our shop to your site for all trips over 20 miles.

Prefabricated Products

Some of our prefabricated product's prices change often. For that reason we will try our best to keep updated pricing on our website, but for the most accurate price please contact us.

Credit Card Processing

We charge a 3% convenience fee for processing all credit card purchases made either on emailed invoices or swiped cards in person.

Discounts

We now offer a 5% discount on projects paid upfront with cash or check! Ask about how much this could save you!

We Want Your Business!

Our prices are set to be fair to both you and us. This means that our estimates are already competitive and non negotiable. But we will be more than happy to discuss cheaper alternatives and give you an updated estimate to reflect the changes. If you submit a competitors quote make sure it is a written quote on their letterhead, it details what the quote covers and if it expires, and it is submitted before you receive our initial estimate. Most estimates have a posted lifespan of 3 weeks after creation.
